I just bought a Nikon D40. It came with two extra lens, both 52mm Threaded lens. How do I attach them?

The lenses came a package from eBay. Both lenses are manufactured by Digital Optics. A lens is a 0 4X aspherical macro wide-angle lens. The second is a 2x telephoto.
