I bought this belt to my Pentax W60 so that I could feel a little better about the camera at the rapids on a regular basis. The waterproof cameras are great and the location, it is on tape with a floating band even better! It was nice with my camera to record wildlife along the river, without removing it from the case. It has even fixed my camera float when I tested it on a relatively quiet part of the stream. I am very glad I bought this tape.

I bought this with my Sanyo Xacti VPC-E2 Digital Camcorder and 8 MP Digital Camera (blue) should be used. The band is strong enough that even with the camera attached to it still floats on the surface. If I wanted to play with my daughter, I could take it from my wrist and set it aside. If I wanted a few photos to make a couple of minutes later it was quiet, floating patiently waited for me. (I wish I could say the same for my daughter, but she is 11 months old and falling like a stone.)
The band also has a quick release function. It allows you to easily disconnect the camera and gave a short power cord from the wrist strap. However, it is very diffucult it again without help. (It is easy to distinguish, but difficult to close with one hand.)

The first time with my new Pentax waterproof camera and I wanted to take any risk of losing it while snorkeling. Thought that this band would just be the answer. Easy to install and easy to put to-use camera and on my wrist. I once thought never tested to see how long or far I would make it away from me. It gave me extra confidence extra sure that I do not have it and not lose. Good product.

Pentax Floating Wrist lives up to its description. Very good quality for the price. It definitely has enough buoyancy for Pentax “W”-series of waterproof cameras.
